"Achy Breaky Song" can be found on Doctor Demento's demented compilation of country hits called "Country Corn." In the liner notes there is a nice little write-up about "Weird Al." Here's what it says:
Most folks would not call "Weird Al" Yankovic a country artist, but his parody of "Achy Breaky Heart" (coming after airplay of Billy Ray Cyrus' original rendition had passed the saturation point several times over) got spins on major country stations. "Weird Al" is the most requested artist in the history of the Dr. Demento Show and has been since he performed "Another One Rides The Bus" live on the show in 1980. His Michael Jackson parodies "Eat It" and "Fat" made him an MTV star, and his video "Smells Like Nirvana" was named one of the 100 best videos of all time by Rolling Stone magazine. He has two Grammys on his mantel and five gold and/or platinum albums on his wall. . . not bad for a second-generation accordion player!
