Screen Saver

Screen Saver (version 2.0)

Ever wish you knew what all of Weird Al's album covers looked like? Even the cheesy complations? And wouldn't it be cool if you knew when they were first released and other bits of trivia about them too? And what if it was in a really awesome slide show with special effects and would auomatically turn on every time you left your computer idle for a predetermined amount of time specified by you? And I bet you wouldn't hesitate to download if it also did your math homework and took gym class for you?

Okay, let's not get carried away here. Of course, I'm exaggerating a little bit. It can't do your math homework, and doesn't know the rules to dodge ball, but it can do all the rest of that stuff. That's right, it's the official We've Got It All On UHF Screen Saver (version 2.0).

Oh, so you want it? Cool. Here's how:

  1. Download UHFscreensaver.exe (1210 KB).
  2. Launch UHFscreensaver.exe.
  3. Click on "OK" after you've read the Installation message.
  4. Click on "OK" once installation is complete.
  5. Click "OK"
  6. Click "OK" (get the point yet?)
  7. Choose "Uhf 2" from the Screen Saver drop down.
  8. Set the wait time.
  9. Select a password. (optional)
  10. Click "OK" (last time, I promise.)
  11. Sit around and do nothing until the Screen Saver turns on. (optional)

That's it. Go! Do it! What are you waiting for?

Version 2.0 was released April 6, 2003, so if you've downloaded the Screen Saver prior to that, you're missing all the cool new features. Update now!

Thanks to Bobbi Jordan for creating the Screen Saver.
