Weird Al Star Fund has put together a 12-month Al-endar for 2005. Proceeds from the sale of the Al-endar go into the Weird Al Star Fund.
Unfortunatley, the 2005 Al-endar is out of print. However, we still offer the photos used in the 2005 Al-ender with 2006 dates. It's the same pictures as in our 2005 Al-endar, but they're nice enough, we thought you might want to look at them again this year too! To order this Al-endar or any other Weird Al Star Fund merchandise, go here.
We have also put together brand new 2006 Al-endars with a new layout and new pictures for the new year. In addition, our 2004 Al-endar is available with 2006 dates as well.
We were excited once again to have a few more rare pictures from the personal collection of Jon "Bermuda" Schwartz, Al's drummer from the very beginning. In addition, we had some great stuff from Dr. Demento, the novelty music DJ who discovered Al and continues to make us laugh every week on his syndicated radio show. Dr. Demento dug into his personal files and gave us some rare and unique stuff that you'll not want to miss!
Also, the luckiest fan in the world, Jason Altschul, had shared some really cool behind the scenes photos from when Al came to his house and redecorated his room! VH1 was there to tape it as part of their "Rock The House" series, but Jason gave us the stuff you won't see on TV!
And once again, we recruited a very talented artist, Allison Corbin, to design an exclusive cover for the 2005 Al-endar.
2005 also brought us a single-sheet 2005 Al-endar focusing on the live performance of "Wanna B Ur Lovr," and some single-sheet 2005 Al-endars made from select pages in our 12-month Al-endar.
Thanks to everyone who sent in a picture or more! The Weird Al Star Fund especially thanks the following talented photographers and contributors (in no particular order): Jason Altschul, Amanda, Jackie Arns, Patti Brown, Trixie Brunson, Jenni Bush, Steve Chai, Allison Corbin, Amanda Deer, Dr. Demento, Judy Hennessey, Kathy Hrapek, Julie Jenkins, Bobbi Jordan, Helen Ketcham, Cindy Kuthan, Greg Method, "mewrio", Mike Minnick, Tonya Monroe, Shelley Myers, Terri Monohan, Jeff Nucera, Denise Olderr, Neil Persson, Christina Rodriguez, David Rossi, Jeremy Samples, Jon Schwartz, Nate Schwartzkopff, Kristine Slipson, Cid Strickler, Linda Turner, Chris Valentine, Adrian Vazquez, and Bart v/d Akker.
